Directions to our Exit 14 Office

This is the primary office location for Dr. Sulkin

From Exit 14 on the Northway (I-87), take Route 9P South (toward Saratoga Lake)

Make a left onto Gilbert Road (the 1st left off 9P when coming from Exit 14)

Then take the 3rd left onto Conver Drive (Please drive slowly on our street)

Go to the end of Conver Drive (a short, dead-end street)

The office is the last house on the right (#23- a red house with white trim)

You may park in the driveway or out on the street (if you park on the street, please park at least a car-length away from any of the mailboxes)

Once parked, walk down the right side of the driveway and through the covered walkway

Straight ahead is the door to the waiting room (there is a restroom off the waiting room)

If the door to the waiting room is locked, push the doorbell button under the office signs to the left of the door

From Exit 14 on the Northway (I-87), take Route 9P North, toward Saratoga Springs

At the second light, take a right onto East Avenue

At the first light, take a left onto Route 29/Lake Avenue

After crossing Broadway (the main city street), the road name becomes Route 9N/Church Street

After passing a Stewarts Shop and a street (Railroad Place) (both on your left), enter a parking lot on your right, or park on the street (where legal)

51 Church Street is the 2 story building just after the parking lot (if you're looking at the building from the street, it is the building to the right of the business Bunheads)

Enter the building using the entrance on the right side of the building, following the walkway; you will be in the waiting room as you first enter the building
