The Saratoga Center for Social Therapy has evolved using the social-cultural approach to human development offered by the international education, training and research center the East Side Institute for Group and Short Term Psychotherapy .

The independent Culture organizing Committee of Saratoga (iCoCoS) is an affiliate of SCST.  Since 1998, iCoCoS has produced cultural events in the Saratoga, NY area, inviting people to be giving - and seek new ways of expression - through performance and volunteering.
